  • Responsibilities


    1. Proactively source and identify new investors to connect across various avenues that you can find, and maintain investor database accordingly
    2. Coordinate meetings between potential investors / Corporates and the Head of Investor Relations
    3. Capture meeting minutes at all meetings, whether internal / external
    4. Support in ensuring a strong and continuous pipeline of potential investors that GFA can connect with its existing portfolios
    5. Support in developing financial models and producing marketing presentations and investor reports
    6. Evaluate new corporate innovation opportunities through market research, latest news, and trends on MNCs in Africa, and potential collaboration activities
    7. Develop and maintain Investor and corporate innovation events calendar and populate active events throughout the year
    8. Develop investor relations play-book, map out processes and recurring deliverables that are critical to an effective in-house investor outreach program and best practices
    9. Work with Director of Investor Relations to create Investor engagement products.
    10. Manage the planning and execution of GFA Investor Relations and Innovation events
    11. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed

    An entrepreneurial team player with excellent analytical, organisational, and research skills An excellent business and strategic acumen, coupled with knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques and a strong command of MS Office Fluent in English, French or other languages will be an †advantage Self-starter, fast learning, and highly analytical mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn is required Ability to effectively interact with A-class international stakeholders and team-mates Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency. Proficiency in other productivity tools would be useful Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Work Location: Abeokuta, Nigeria
